4) Why is there a $5 per bottle rebate option for self-collection?

Ans: For 2 X 240ml diffusers, the amount to transfer will be $74.
Upon collection, I will rebate you $10 cash enclosed in your package. This is to prevent last minute changes and cause misunderstandings.
8) Where is your residence and what time is collection time?
Ans: I stay in Kovan / Upper Serangoon road. You can collect your items Mondays – Sundays any mornings, afternoons and evenings.
9) I like this scent but I feel that it’s not strong enough? Is there any way I can make it stronger?
Ans: Where is your reed diffuser placed? If it's in a corner of the room or tucked into a bookshelf, there may not be enough air movement around it to diffuse the scent into the room. Try placing your reed diffuser in a location closer to where people pass by, which will help move air past the reeds.
You can add more reeds so that the diffuser oil has more branches to be dispersed and vice versa. if you feel that the scent is too strong, you can remove some reeds to reduce the intensity. Do take note that the more reeds you insert, the faster the oil will be used up.
You may also wish to flip the reeds more often to help with the diffusion.
10) I’m not sure which fragrance to choose. Any tips on choosing scents?
Ans: Depending on where you will be placing the diffuser, the possibilities are endless and there is no right and wrong. The general rule of thumb is the mood you wish to create in that area. For example, Lavender (popular!) calms the body and relaxes the mind. You may wish to place this in areas where you usually relax and rest like the living room or bedroom. Some people place lavender in their bathrooms as bathrooms are now recognized as an important sanctuary to spend some private time to relax.
Alternatively, you may wish to place Lemongrass in your bathrooms as it has a crisp clean smell and has anti-microbial, antiseptic, astringent, bactericidal and insecticidal properties.
Below are some suggestions you may use in different areas:
Living room – Lavender , sandalwood, Rose (creates a romantic mood)
Bedroom – Lavender , Jasmine (known for its aphrodisiac properties)

11) How do you decorate the diffusers and create centerpiece?
Ans: this is the fun part in home decoration. Only your creativity is the limit. Place fake flower petals or pebbles or candles to create a centerpiece that is eye catching and functional. Each diffuser comes in a transparent thick glass bottle that looks superbly elegant on its own.
